My husband and I recently contacted Ad Astra to view one of their available rental homes. The staff was knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with, and most helpful. The process to obtain the lock-box and entry codes for the self-tour was very easy and hassle-free. To our welcome surprise, the home was move-in ready! It was completely clean from top to bottom, front to back, and both inside and outside. There were no broken doors, windows, faucets, or other fixtures. The property's lawn and grounds were well maintained and healthy, considering that it's January 2024. The exterior of the property was also well maintained, with no sagging or clogged gutters, no signs of rust or foundation issues, and no trash in the yard. We're definitely going to submit an application to lease and live in this well-maintained home in pristine condition!UPDATE 8/16/2024: We've lived in our new home for almost 6 months now. The entire team at Ad Astra is phenomenal to work with, and they're very responsive to our questions and needs. We've had very few maintenance issues, none of which were emergencies. Submitting maintenance requests is very easy through their tenant portal and mobile app. The maintenance staff always calls to let us know when they'll arrive. They're personable and knowledgeable, and the repairs we've needed were completed thoroughly; we've only had to call them back once, because an adhesive they applied didn't hold. They came back the next day and made it right. All in all, we're VERY happy with Ad Astra and so glad we found them!
