Yes. Your security deposit is fully refundable if the property is returned in the same condition you received it, normal wear and tear excluded. Many of our tenants receive their full deposit back.
Applicants with poor credit or a past eviction may be required to have a cosigner if we decide to move forward.
Contractually, all signers of the least are responsible for the home and payment of the home.
We require at least 30 days’ written notice before your lease expiration date.
Owners cover repairs due to normal wear and tear. Tenants are responsible for damage caused by them or their guests, things like clogged disposals, toys or products flushed down toilets, or broken doors and windows from impact.
