Meet the Team
Chris Lengquist
Chris Lengquist is a seasoned Kansas City real estate broker who has guided investors since 2002 in buying smart, income-producing properties. Known for his practical, advisory approach, he helps clients navigate the complexities of rental investing with clarity and confidence. When he’s not helping build futures, he enjoys photography, biking, gardening, and cheering on KU basketball.
Jimmy Geisler
Jimmy Geisler serves as Ad Astra Realty’s Director of Property Management, and he’s a talented Realtor, too. Originally from Virginia, Jimmy relocated to the Kansas City area in 2011 with his soon-to-be wife while managing a national grocery store chain.
His passion for real estate grew through personally investing in and managing rental properties, which eventually led him to turn that hobby into a full-time career. Today, his hands-on investing experience and operational leadership allow him to guide clients toward smart decisions that support their long-term goals.
When he’s not focused on helping others build a stronger future through real estate, you’ll likely find Jimmy on the soccer field or building castles with his young family.
Sheila Carr
Sheila Carr began her leadership career at just 19 years old, developing a strong foundation in management within Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), specialty hospitals, and acute care facilities such as KU Medical Center. Transitioning into property management, she earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through AAKC and has since led successful teams across a variety of multifamily communities.
As the Senior Property Manager at Ad Astra Realty, Sheila oversees daily operations with an emphasis on maintenance management, efficiency, Owner and resident satisfaction. Her experience across healthcare and housing has shaped her into a results-driven leader known for her operational excellence and commitment to team development.
Tasha Morant
Tasha Morant serves as the Office Manager and Director of Administration at Ad Astra Realty, where she plays a key role in supporting clients, customers, and team members alike. Known for her professionalism, warmth, and strong communication skills, Tasha ensures every interaction reflects Ad Astra Realty’s commitment to excellence and care. With a passion for helping others and keeping operations running smoothly, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Tasha is a devoted wife and mother dedicated to inspiring growth and positivity in every part of her life.
Ashtyn Florez
Ashtyn is the Leasing Director at Ad Astra Realty, where he helps connect property owners and tenants to create smooth, stress-free leasing experiences. With over eight years of experience as a real estate agent and a strong background in real estate technology, Ashtyn combines industry expertise with a data-driven approach to make the leasing process efficient and transparent.
Known for his commitment to excellent customer care, Ashtyn ensures every client feels supported from the first showing to move-in day. When he’s not improving our leasing systems or helping clients find their next home, you can find him spending time with family and friends, working on cars, or exploring new recipes in his kitchen.
Martha Lynn Dimalanta
Martha is a dedicated Virtual Assistant with over two years of experience in property management. She takes pride in her work ethic, proactive approach to keeping operations running smoothly, and determination to continuously grow both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, singing karaoke, reading, and relaxing at the beach.
Liyah Kimotho
Liyah handles all the behind the scenes technology and AI systems. She is a driven and detail-focused professional who’s passionate about growth, systems, and building a meaningful future. She values consistency, integrity, and helping others create stability in their own professional lives. Outside of work, you can find Liyah refining her long-term goals, taking walks and playing video games with her brother.
Ezra Baker
Ezra is a young blue-collar worker with a strong work ethic and a big heart. He takes pride in giving his all on the job and helping the people around him whenever he can. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him with a camera in hand, capturing the beauty in everyday moments. Driven, grounded, and curious, Ezra's all about building a good life through hard work and purpose.
Jacob Horn
For the past two years, Jacob has been a proud to be part of the Ad Astra Realty team, helping clients find the perfect place to call home. Outside of work, life revolves around my wife, Katie, and his energetic dog, Lucy. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis with friends and spending time out and about with Katie and Lucy.
Christine Hadl
Christine is the heartbeat of the Ad Astra Realty office. With more than 20 years of experience working in the Olathe School District, she brings unmatched organization, patience, and people-first service to everything she does. Christine is often the first friendly voice tenants and clients hear, and she ensures everyone feels welcomed, supported, and valued from the very first conversation.
Whether she’s answering phone calls, coordinating communication between departments, or finding fast solutions to keep things running smoothly, Christine handles every task with care and dedication. Her commitment to our team and clients helps keep our business moving forward every day.
Outside the office, Christine loves spending time with her family and soaking in the moments that matter most. Her warmth, hard work, and heart for service make her an essential part of the Ad Astra Realty experience.
Andy Brack
Andy has been part of the Ad Astra Realty team in Olathe, Kansas, since 2015, managing properties throughout the Kansas City area. With more than a decade of experience in property management, he’s built a reputation for reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail. Originally from the KC metro area, Andy values strong relationships with both property owners and tenants, believing that good management starts with respect and trust. When not working, you can find Andy on a golf course, fishing boat or at a Chiefs or Royals game.
George Elven
George has 25 years in property maintenance. He is a Licensed General Contractor. Attended KCKCC and got certified in HVAC. Proficient in all aspects of property maintenance.
